Why design before buying anything?+
It means we produce detailed drawings, heatmaps, rack layouts, BOQs and policy documents before recommending a single piece of hardware. You know exactly what you're getting and why — before you spend anything.
Do you supply or install hardware?+
No. Technology Inc. is a consulting and design firm. We produce the documentation and specifications; you choose any qualified vendor or integrator to implement the work. It means our recommendations aren't tied to anyone's catalogue but yours.
Can you work with our existing IT vendor or installer?+
Yes, and we usually do. The design we produce is vendor-neutral — it specifies what needs to be built and to what standard, not which company has to build it. Your existing installer can quote against our specification, and so can two others if you want a like-for-like comparison. The CCI Wi-Fi case study on this site is an example: TP-Link implemented our design after a competitive process.
Do you work outside Goa?+
Yes — we work Pan India and remotely for global projects. Detailed design documentation, network drawings, security policies, BOQs and IT strategy can all be delivered remotely for organisations anywhere in the world.
How long does a typical engagement take?+
Most design engagements take 3–6 weeks from initial brief to final documentation. Larger or multi-site projects are scoped individually. Remote projects are scoped after an initial discovery call.
What size organisations do you work with?+
We've worked with teams of 10 to multi-building campuses and industrial sites. The common thread is that every organisation benefits from getting the design right before hardware is purchased.
What does an engagement cost?+
Engagements are scoped individually because the work depends on what you're building. As a rough guide: a focused single-site Wi-Fi or firewall design typically falls in a smaller bracket than a multi-site campus build or a property-wide infrastructure design from blueprints. The discovery call is free, and we'll give you an honest scope and indicative cost range before any commitment. If we're not the right fit for your scale or budget, we'll say so directly.
Do you sign NDAs?+
Yes — NDAs are standard for any engagement involving access to your network architecture, premises layouts, security posture, or business systems. Send your standard form and we'll review it before the discovery call.
What happens at the discovery call?+
Thirty minutes by phone or video. We'll ask about your current setup, what's not working, what you're trying to achieve, and what timeline you're working against. By the end of the call you'll have a clear view of whether the engagement is worth pursuing, what shape it would take, and roughly what it would cost. No slide deck, no sales script. If we're not the right people for the job, we'll usually be able to point you to who is.
How do we get started?+
Book a free 30-minute discovery call via the contact page. We'll discuss your current setup, your challenges, and your goals — and give you an honest view of what's worth tackling first.
